About the Speakers

Max Salomon

Max holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and has been working for EJOT for more than 10 years now. Max has been in his current role as SCM Process Analyst since 2021 and lead the Process Mining project. He is also responsible for developing new disposition strategies and improving inventory/portfolio management. In addtion to these topics, he also works on other projects, such as their successful S/4HANA transformation last year, where he led the team working on the PP subproject/module.

Nicole Ostrander

Nicole is a Solution Advisor with over a decade of expertise in Process Optimization and Enterprise Architecture. Certified in Lean Six Sigma and experienced in capability-based planning, she helps organizations bridge the gap between current challenges and future goals. Known for her insights on innovation and strategic alignment, Nicole is dedicated to driving operational excellence and digital transformation.

Reagan Nyandoro

Reagan Nyandoro is the director of product marketing for SAP Signavio Process Insights and also has responsibility for the following topics: Enterprise Observability, Process Observability and Digital Twin of an Organisation. He works with customers, partners, and internal teams, enabling them to fully realise the transformational value of SAP Signavio. Reagan joined SAP in 2022 and comes from an enterprise software background. He is also currently undertaking a part-time Doctorate of Business Administration at Durham University, exploring the impact of Gen AI in technology adoption.
