In an environment of heightened scrutiny, banks and financial institutions need to ensure they are getting the basics right, are compliant, while remaining as efficient as possible. Institutions must go further than accepting regulatory change, they must operationalise it. Signavio's Business Process Management ensures the implementation of change is efficient and inexpensive.

AMP's Vivianne Arcuri will take us through a range of engaging insights into:

  • The strategic direction behind AMP's Signavio and Business Process Management journey
  • Building and supporting a business process management capability
  • Case studies, tips, and pitfalls to avoid

About the speaker

Vivianne leads the Central Process Services team accountable for identifying and enabling continuous improvement opportunities across AMP. This is done through business process modelling, technology problem management, post incident and post implementation reviews and data and process analytics.

Vivianne joined AMP in April 2015 from NBN, where she led business process design and improvement initiatives across Network Operations, as the lead Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to that, during her time at AXA, Vivianne held various process improvements and IT project delivery roles. This was built on a foundation of technology consultancy at Accenture, where Vivianne led user experience design on the Telstra Online Billing program.
