Signavio is bringing together a panel of industry experts to explore the business case for embracing diversity and inclusion in Berlin’s tech scene.
We will discuss the impact on productivity in the workforce; more imaginative problem solving; better (less biased) decision making; attracting/retaining, developing and motivating talent; more robust risk management; customer excellence and more meaningful, less biased products - as well as it just being the right thing to do.
A selection of sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be available as well as an opportunity to discuss the topics raised.
