Neil Ward-Dutton
Neil Ward-Dutton, VP Automation, Analytics & AI Europe, IDC
Neil Ward-Dutton is vice president, Automation, Analytics and AI at IDC Europe. In this role he guides IDC’s research agendas, and helps enterprise and technology vendor clients alike make sense of the opportunities and challenges across these very fast-moving and complicated technology markets. In a 28-year career as a technology industry analyst, Neil has researched a wide range of enterprise software technologies, authored hundreds of reports and regularly appeared on TV and in print media. Neil initially studied and trained as a software engineer, and holds a BSc in Computer Software Technology from the University of Bath. He is also a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).
Oliver-Joeres
Dr Oliver Joeres, Head of Business Process Excellence, Technologies and Methods
As head of Business Process Excellence, Technologies and Methods at Hilti, Dr Oliver Joeres is a business process management expert with a strong operational excellence background. Dr Oliver boasts many years of experience in process mining, process analysis and KPI measurement as well as defining, leading and executing process improvement and business transformation programs – focusing on quality and efficiency optimization.

Reagan Nyandoro, Director of Product Marketing at SAP Signavio
Moderator

Reagan Nyandoro is the director of product marketing for SAP Signavio Process Insights and also has responsibility for the following topics: Enterprise Observability, Process Observability and Digital Twin of an Organisation. He works with customers, partners, and internal teams, enabling them to fully realise the transformational value of SAP Signavio. Reagan joined SAP in 2022 and comes from an enterprise software background. He is also currently undertaking a part-time Doctorate of Business Administration at Durham University, exploring the impact of Gen AI in technology adoption.
