Kiran is a recognized thought leader in financial services, bringing over 24 years of experience to his customers. Kiran has held diverse leadership positions across consulting, technology, and business functions, working for industry giants such as Standard Chartered Bank and Barclays where he has extensive experience in the front and back office. Leveraging his financial services expertise, Kiran spearheads SAP's financial services business across Asia Pacific & Japan. He partners directly with executive leaders, translating his industry insights into actionable strategies that unlock innovative business models, fuel growth, and empower financial institutions to achieve their strategic objectives.
Jack Moloney
Senior Director – Global Strategic Customer Transformations, SAP SE
Jack Moloney is a Business Transformation and Enterprise Architect expert spanning over a decade of global SAP experience. Jack started as a business process architect in 2010, after holding various SAP positions across Asia Pacific and Japan. He led strategic innovations where he spearheaded the methodology of Run SAP Like a Factory across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Jack’s experience spans across multiple industries; High-Tech, Government, Utilities, Banking & Insurance and Retail. This included the rollout of Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) to enhance business process execution. Currently, Jack leads the North America Strategic Customer Transformation team for SAP Signavio. Jack is fiercely passionate about maximizing customer adoption and transformation value with the power of SAP Signavio for business process management, process automation/improvement, & SAP LeanIX for Enterprise Architecture management. Jack is an advisory board member of the Business Transformation Europe group. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree In Management Information Systems from the Royal Melbourne University of Technology in Australia.
Tanya Boelema, Head of Architecture at Bank of New Zealand
After completing a degree in commerce and the arts in Christchurch New Zealand, she launched her career in a luxury food production start-up, which included side hustles in marketing and debt collection. Before long She had itchy feet so she moved to Europe and found herself in jewellery retail operations in the UK followed by a stint teaching English as a second language in Thailand. Upon returning to New Zealand in the late 1990s She went into technical writing followed by consulting and small business ownership; then found my calling in business architecture, change management and enterprise architecture in the private and public sectors. Today She is a Head of Architecture at the Bank of New Zealand. She is passionate about the three E's of Enterprise Architecture - efficiency, effectiveness and empathy. Pictures, storytelling and numbers are my weapons of choice.
