I have proudly served at MTF Biologics, a non-profit human tissue processing facility, for the past 27 years, holding many roles within Operations such as, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Tissue Processing, and Tissue Processing Management. It was there that I gained my appreciation for a deep understanding of my processes and understanding the interdependencies and responsibilities I have with the rest of the organization.
The tissue line I managed crossed a billion dollars in revenue during my tenure and I credit part of my success the introduction SAP Signavio software and the Business Process Management (BPM) method. My success with the tissue line allowed me the opportunity to head a BPM department that has migrated out of Operations and is mapping and improving processes for the organization at large, including Finance, HR, R&D, and Quality Assurance. I look forward to discussing the advantage that SAP Signavio and the BPM Method gave my organization and my own personal growth.
