Presentations Standardization & Harmonization by Peter Franz Prerequisites for agile customer service in a dynamic digital world
Complex market conditions combined with digitally empowered consumers present a challenging commercial environment. Most business leaders understand that the answer is innovation and agility but the question is how this is achieved. When processes are aligned and good practices are applied, efficiencies are created freeing talented people to innovate. This generates a more nimble organization, which is able to adapt to evolving market conditions more quickly. Establishing a process repository, which is both accessible and driven by users, is a crucial element in breaking down the barriers, which so often exist between process management teams and the rest of an organisation. Peter Franz will outline practical approaches to achieving this vision with reference to recent case examples.
Peter Franz has been working at the forefront of Business Process Management (BPM) for many years as part of a 30 year career with Accenture. He currently assists companies with strategic execution and establishing a BPM discipline, and has developed a number of innovative approaches to solve implementation issues in pragmatic and results-oriented ways.
Peter has additionally led very substantial change programs across a number of industries including: Energy, Financial Services, Logistics, Travel Services, Utilities and Consumer Goods.
