We asked the Signavio team to describe process management in three words or less. Watch what they came up with.

Business Process Management is, in essence, a simplification of activities, workflows and terms. It exists to reduce complexity and increase clarity. The implementation of clear, organized and optimized processes leads to better business and increased productivity. But is it really that simple?

Business is complex could possibly be the understatement of the week, scratch that, understatement of the decade. Our ever increasing connectivity brings with it complicated hurdles, from increased compliance to the multitude of languages. Consumer demands force immediate and often frustrating change. Add that to exponential technological developments and you have yourself reason for concern. The need for tighter collaboration between all departments has never been greater and that is where efficient process management takes hold.

By implementing BPM into your everyday, you can optimize and model workflows effectively as a whole. This leads to reduced process cycle times, faster time-to-market, increased customer satisfaction and maintained effective collaboration across the board regardless of who, what, where and when.

So we had the idea to ask the international Signavio team to describe Business Process Management in three words or less. See how they did.
