Today, we are thrilled to announce the general availability of our SAP Signavio May 2024 release. This release provides new features and capabilities across SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
The highlights of the release are the value accelerator library for SAP Signavio solutions and SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager. Embedded into the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, the value accelerator library is the “go-to destination” for customers wanting to fast-track and simplify their transformations. It provides numerous value accelerators that are easy to install and organized by theme, representing the knowledge garnered from thousands of projects. Its ready-to-use content lightens the load on implementation and delivery teams and can be tailored to your unique requirements, powering both incremental and transformational projects. SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager, the latest addition to our suite, will be generally available June 3, 2024. It offers a comprehensive way to collaboratively manage transformation insights and initiatives. It fosters value-driven decision-making and establishes performance baseline for measurable success. Key values include centralized and collaborative improvements, data-driven decision-making, and quantifiable value through continuous improvement. This initial release will include the following capabilities: centralized insights, initiatives, and benchmarking analytics.
We are also introducing an Early Adopter Care Program for SAP Process Transformation Manager to ensure your success and drive enhanced product experience and capabilities. More details on this will be shared soon!

Process Analysis and Mining
SAP Signavio Process Insights: The latest release of SAP Signavio Process Insights includes several updates. We are pleased to introduce a direct link from a blocker to an innovation recommendation, allowing easier access to insights and saving time. There are over new 40 correction recommendations for SAP S/4HANA transformations, assisting in smarter data management and faster transformations. Additional external benchmarks have been included for better performance comparison against industry peers. Attribute-based authorization management has been introduced for better data management and compliance, and the integration with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager promotes increased collaboration and faster time to insights. Please note, some updates will roll out by June 18th, 2024.
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence: Key features include new functionalities allowing for easier action creation directly within the process section, automated identification and resolution of errors in data pipelines and more granular scheduling for actions. Custom variable creation for metrics has been implemented for user convenience as well.
Process and Journey Modeling
SAP Signavio Process Manager: The SAP Signavio May 2024 release introduces the SAP Signavio Lab Space for testing prototypes and prototype features. It also includes an improved business process model connector for data consistency, enhanced variant management and process model dashboard features for better transparency, and read-only custom attributes for improved process control and visibility. These updates aid in efficient and accurate management of transformation projects.
Value Accelerators
Several new value accelerators have been released that help you speed up your projects and increase quality of outcomes – across different processes and systems.
Within SAP Signavio Process Manager the latest value accelerator helps customers to quicken their transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition 2024 and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition 2023 by providing value chain diagrams, process models, and dictionary entries, thus facilitating faster process design and standardization.
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence: We introduce several value accelerators for streamlining invoice-to-pay, warehouse management, and manufacturing execution processes. These accelerators provide a fast start to process mining, help identify improvement areas, and optimize management through prebuilt transformation templates, dashboards and metrics. The release also includes new dashboards for various processes in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP Central Component.
SAP Signavio Process Insights: This release introduces new content for SAP Ariba Supplier Management, providing deeper insights and recommendations to enhance supplier management efficiency.
SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite (plug and gain approach): The May update offers customers using the plug and gain feature access to new value accelerators for focused process analysis. The update also supports the analysis of utilities-specific processes in SAP ERP, including execution models, analysis, variant analysis, and transaction analysis, through the plug and gain approach.
