The main highlights of this release include the introduction of new and enhanced value accelerators, a widget builder for a more intuitive widget creation process, incremental UI design updates and dashboard improvements. We are also excited to release new benchmarking capabilities* that enable you to compare your business performance with that of your peers and competitors.

SAP Signavio Benchmarking Analytics: Benchmarking is key to fully understanding and driving business performance. It is also central in helping you to define what ‘good’ looks like, especially in a fast-changing and volatile business climate. SAP Signavio Benchmarking Analytics capabilities, an extension of the Process Discovery report, enable you to compare your organization’s performance with companies like yours within seconds, based on an unparalleled source of industry data. Benchmarking will help your business to easily identify improvement areas, build a business case for transformation, set attainable goals, and monitor improvement. *A first limited pre-release of these new benchmarking capabilities will be rolled out to users of the Process Discovery report.
SAP Signavio Process Insights: With this release, we deliver new updates designed to give you a more holistic overview of business performance as well as faster time to analysis and increased collaboration. We introduce Public Analytical APIs, allowing you to seamlessly share and collaborate on insights from SAP Signavio Process Insights, in your analytical tool of choice. We are also pleased to introduce a UI redesign aimed at enhancing usability and providing a consistent user experience right across the SAP Signavio Process Transformation suite. You can toggle between the new and legacy design while you adapt to the changes at your own pace.
SAP Signavio Process Intelligence: We are pleased to introduce several enhancements and product updates aimed at delivering faster insights, enhanced connectivity and usability, and improved performance. Our enhanced UI update accelerates the pace of creating widgets while also making the process easier (lowering entry barrier), especially for business users. With this update we also enhance the current business process mapping section by releasing by improving BPMN diagrams and their event mapping. Automatically generated process models also become more accurate and easier to understand, thanks to a new algorithm released this November. Additionally, you can also now create actions directly from widgets and dashboards, streamlining the analysis and reducing the time and effort required to build queries in SAP Signavio Analytics Language (SIGNAL). We also release several value accelerators (see SAP Signavio Value Accelerators).
SAP Signavio Process Manager: Our latest update delivers an enhanced version the business process model connector for SAP Signavio solutions. The connector offers optimized connectivity, synchronization, and error messages, ensuring enhanced usability and reliability. With this release we also deliver process model dashboards (see SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub for this update).
SAP Signavio Journey Modeler: You will now be able to harness Qualtrics NPS data via a direct integration with Qualtrics, enriching customer journeys with crucial experience data. With this integration, users will now be able to ensure consistent updates and minimize inaccuracies. The integration provides a constant flow of NPS data, streamlining analytics and bolstering journey insights. We are also pleased to release APIs for customer experience metrics, allowing you to connect your preferred system with SAP Signavio Journey Modeler. With this update, you will be able to automate data updates, reduce potential human error, and save both time and costs, while also keeping your metrics up-to-date and facilitating data-driven journey modeling.
SAP Signavio Process Governance: We are pleased to release 2 updates with this release. The new Analytics APIs empower you to seamlessly generate and submit reports directly within your preferred analytics platform. You can seamlessly integrate with external BI tools for comprehensive reporting, enhancing visibility into governance cases across SAP Signavio and providing users with valuable context for decision-making. The result is a significant time and cost-saving advantage, as users can now have process governance directly within their tool of choice, eliminating the need and expense of learning another analytics tool. With this release we also introduce the rating of processes by end users. This new feature is an intuitive process-rating option and feedback input to collect tangible and structured feedback from process collaborators and consumers within the organization to enhance process quality.
SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub: We are excited to introduce process model dashboards with this release. Administrators can now efficiently manage and monitor process models, workspaces, and user metrics using pre-defined dashboards, available in the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub. This feature ensures optimal usage and relevance of process models for process modelers across the organization.
SAP Signavio Value Accelerators: This latest release sees the launch of 7 value accelerators. Particularly, new value accelerators were released that support SAP ERP transformations with the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite (plug and gain approach) and include a value accelerator providing process house enhancements and a value accelerator for transaction code analysis.
The following SAP Signavio Value Accelerators were released for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence: a value accelerator for acquire-to-onboard in SAP ERP Central Component, a value accelerator for vendor-invoice-management process in OpenText, as well as cross system value accelerators for procure-to-pay in SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP Central Component.
SAP Signavio Process Insights delivered a value accelerator for contract accounting, SAP Ariba and EWM, while SAP Signavio Process Manager announced a value accelerator for enterprise management layer for SAP S/4HANA delivering process models. All of these accelerators are aimed at offering you guidance to avoid the time and costs of starting from a blank page, accelerating time to value and increasing confidence in outcomes.
Importantly, the November release also delivers new dashboards delivery capabilities. By logging into the SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence users can browse and install ready-to-use dashboards and related metrics, reducing time to insight and the internal effort of their development teams. This is a limited release focused on dashboards. The full scope release with more accelerators and functionality for all licenses is planned to come in 2024.
